jade, i live in minnesota and here you have to be 15 to get a tattoo or any piercing. i reccomend the rose of no mans land its a great piercing/ tattoo shop it is lacated in woodberry minnesita (: hope this helps.

hey i really want to order this how can i? i had my belly button pierced for 3 days days i did it myself but i think that i did too much skin. it hurt so bad to move. it just wasnt worth it so i took it out. i thought if i get the right tools maybe it wont hurt si bad.
